The hotel is well-built with solid plumbing and drainage, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The Wi-Fi was not stable enough for work, a significant downside during my lengthy stay.

the employees are very helpful and dedicated. it has favourable location very close to the night market and there's free parking. need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like zur pfalz that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The location was great and unbeatable for walking around a shopping mall. Moreover, it's very close to the large Central shopping centre, which has a large variety of shops and restaurants, and Thailand. I took a double room with TV, aircon, balcony. Everything was good, yet a few employees were rather noisy👌

The hotel was okayish, but seriously, i expected more than a plain room with unstable WiFi, not to mention the chair that was more torture than comfort. A complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice, given the circumstances-maybe a room upgrade or a welcome gift? I guess that's too much to ask here.

The staff offers timely laundry service. It's efficient and keeps your clothes fresh during your stay.

Bathrooms on the small side with outdated features, no shower rail and a bit cramped. Some noise from the door rubbing on the floor and weak WiFi service. Popular parking area occasionally full due to adjacent establishments.

Helpful staff promptly addressed my needs .

I found the chair uncomfortable for long hours of work, needing to use my mobile data because the Wi-Fi was unreliable. The noise from nearby bars often kept me awake until late, which detracted from my rest. I also felt that the bathroom facilities were outdated, with cramped quarters making it less pleasant.

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for 18 nights. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed, and I appreciated the balcony overlooking the street. The housekeeping staff provided excellent service, keeping my room clean and well-stocked with fresh water daily. Plus, the laundry service was really good, handling my laundry promptly at reasonable prices.

The room was basic but super clean, and housekeeping was on point. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed a new room. Nobi's across the street has some yummy and cheap food. Just wish there had been a small fridge in the room.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Its central location, just a short walk from the shopping mall and bar area, was perfect for exploring Udon Thani.

I had a comfy stay with a nice air conditioner and solid internet. The bed was really great for a good night's sleep. There were lovely spots to chill out, like the rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, I could have used a few more hangers, but the staff quickly helped me with that! 😊

Noise from the street below sometimes disrupted my sleep early in the morning.
